Popularization of sport, in particular football and physical activity among the inhabitants of Gdańsk.
Selection of the best tournament teams in 2011.
Organizing free time for children and young people.
Promotion of the Olimpia Osowa Gdańsk club.
Promotion of health and active spending time with family during a sport picnic

V. PARTICIPANTS and TEAMS

Participants / participants are allowed in the following age categories:
- boys born in 2011 and younger (girls of 2 years older, i.e. the year 2009 are allowed)

A player may represent in a given age category only the team to which he has been submitted based on the entry form.
All competitors are required to have an identity card with them and to present it at the request of the Organizer or the Judge.
Competitors who will commit to:
- gross behavior towards the organizers, referees, participants of the games, supporters;

- provoking fights and participating in them and other unethical sporting behaviors will be removed from the application entitling to play.

Participants participating in the tournament are required to have valid medical examinations or a list confirmed by a physician in charge of preventive care or a written consent of parents / legal guardians, entitling them to participate in sports competitions and current insurance. In addition, players can enter the competition only after signing permission to use children's images (photos, videos) for promotional purposes. Signed documents should have team leader. The team supervisor bears full responsibility for having the above documents during the tournament.
The number of players in the team joining the competition in age categories is set at a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 people.
In the case of fewer or more entered players, the team cannot enter the tournament.
Each team must have at least one adult guardian who is responsible for players throughout the tournament. The guardian is obliged to collect his competitors' ID and present them together with direct verification at the organizer's request (ID - player).
The team's guardian before the tournament confirms with his signature on the application form age, data compliance, medical examinations and having the consent of the parents to participate in the tournament.
VI. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Depending on the registration deadline, the cost of participation for one team is:
- PLN 450 - for teams that register and pay until April 30, 2020.
- PLN 500 - for teams that register and make a payment from May 1 to June 3, 2020.
- PLN 600 - starting fee on the day of the tournament

The order of confirmed payments to your account is the basis for participation in the tournament.
The order of complete applications is decisive. The payment is credited to the indicated account within the time limit specified in item 1. After this date, the Organizer may refuse the team to participate in the tournament. The organizer may accept a starting payment on the day of the tournament and allow the team to participate in the tournament.


VII. GAMEPLAY RULES

24 teams in the 2011 age category.
In the elimination phase, the teams are divided into 4 groups of 6 teams playing peer-to-peer. The teams from places 1-2 from each qualifying group will form the group "Olimp" and will play for places 1-8. The teams from places 3-4 from each qualifying group will form the group "Lions" and will play for places 9-16. The teams from places 5-6 from each qualifying group will form the group "Neptun" and will play for places 17-24.
The tournament is played on 4 pitches at the same time, measuring approx. 50x30m.
Goals measuring 2 mx 5 m; ball size 4.
5 + 1 formula matches.

VIII. RULES 'REGULATIONS

The game play time is 14 minutes (one string, without a break to change the catch).
Game time may be stopped by the referee's decision. The referee's whistle starts and ends the match.
The referee service is provided by the referees licensed from the Pomeranian Football Association
A throw-in is taken with the foot from the right place at the sideline as an indirect free kick in any way. It is allowed to introduce the ball into the game on its own, after entering it yourself a goal can be scored. An opposing player must not be closer than 3 meters from the ball.
A free kick is taken from the place indicated by the referee. An opposing player may not be closer than 5 meters from the ball.
A corner kick is taken from the right corner of the field as a direct free kick.
A penalty kick is taken from a distance of 7 meters from the goal.
The goalkeeper from the goal car or also from action resumes freely.
Number of players of one team on the court 6 (goalkeeper + 5 players)
Slide play is allowed.
For fouls and inappropriate behavior on and off the field, a referee may apply a penalty and exclude a player from the field for 1, 2 or 3 minutes.
 Player changes are made in the "hockey" system (any number of changes, possible return changes).
 For winning a group match - 3 points, for a draw in a group match - 1 point, for defeat - 0 points.
 The place in the group table is determined by the following:
total points.
result of the direct match.
difference of goals scored and conceded.
number of goals scored.
If three or more teams have the same number of points, the so-called a small table created based on the results between the teams concerned.
penalties between teams with the same results.

IX. WALKOWERS AND EXCLUSIONS

The walkover is verified as a 0-3 loss against the penalized team. The exception is the award of a mutual bye, which results in the end of the meeting with a score of 0-0 without awarding points.
A walkover is awarded to a team when:
will not appear at the competition within 5 minutes of the match time.
gross violation of these regulations has been proven.
an unauthorized player participated in the meeting, not included in the application.
in which the number of players will be less than 5.
the team arbitrarily leaves the field.
a competitor, trainer, assistant or guardian of a child actively insulted a referee, a representative of the Organizer or representatives of another team, and grossly violates the provisions of these Regulations.
the coach did not show the players' documents at the Organiser's request.
as a result of the number of absences she reports, she will not play the full set of matches.
If the opponent achieves a more favorable result than the bye - the result obtained on the court remains.
Excluding a team from the Tournament is tantamount to their automatic disqualification without reimbursement of the entry fee.
The penalty of excluding a team from the Tournament shall apply in the case of:
notorious breaking of the regulations,
the team does not take part in at least half of the match matches determined for that age group.

 

X. PRIZES

Each tournament participant will receive:
water, a bar, sandwiches, buns, a gift

Cups and medals for teams for places I - III.
Individual Awards: Statuettes / Cups for the best goalkeeper, best tournament scorer, best player, most beautiful goal among matches for places 1-4.
For the best team, the organizer finances the tournament stay in Germany (PLN 2,000,000). After winning the tournament, the organizer will present the trip, performance, date, and contact the direct organizer of the trip. The organizer of trips to foreign tournaments is the company PRO TOURNAMENTS. The prize won cannot be transferred to another team.
XI. FINAL PROVISIONS

All disputes are resolved by the Organizer and the Competition Judge.
The organizer has competition liability insurance.
The organizer will provide medical service during the tournament.
The organizer is not responsible for injuries, injuries and random accidents related to the tournament. Organizers do not insure tournament participants, teams participating in the tournament insure their players from accident insurance.
The participant agrees to the use and processing of personal data contained in the application form to the extent related to the organization of the event (in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC).
The principles of fire safety and nature protection should be observed, as well as care for order at the place of competition.
The organizer, all persons cooperating with him, as well as persons associated with the organization and organization of the tournament are not liable to the participants for accidents, possible collisions, personal injury, property and property damage that occurs before, during or after the competition caused by event participants. Participants bear civil and legal liability for damage caused.
By entering the tournament, tournament participants accept these regulations.
Interpretation of these regulations belongs exclusively to the Organizer.
