Fees for Lost or Damaged Timing Chips

To ensure the quality and accuracy of our timing services, we provide top-class equipment, including reliable timing chips. We understand that during an intense race, unexpected situations may happen. If you've lost or damaged your chip, please follow the instructions below.

Returning a Chip you forgot to hand back

Just a reminder  the timing chip you received was meant to be returned after the race.

If you did not return your chip when collecting your bike from the T2 zone on Sunday, please send it back to our office as soon as possible. Make sure to pack it securely to prevent it from getting lost during shipping:

In case of loss or failure to return the chip, the organizer reserves the right to charge a fee of 50 EUR.
